In our facilities we process and have the following meats: veal pork meat lambs (whole or sliced) raw chicken and turkey.
We have a large variety of fresh and frozen meats (standard and packaged), which we procure from selected suppliers from Greece and Europe. With systematic sampling and food control, the specialized department of veterinarians and food technologists of our company, takes care to ensure the quality of the meat we have.
For the processing of meat and their standardization, we use: separate beef and pork production lines, equipment and modern packaging machines, packaging of beef and pork pieces, standardization, storage, freezing and sale parts.
For the safe preservation of meat, we use: XX cold storage chambers and XX state-of-the-art freezing chambers.
